ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes is open to all [1] legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)); and [2] who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry; and [3] have a Southwest Airlines® Rapid Rewards® account number (“you” or the “Entrant(s)” or “Participant(s)”). It is free to enroll in Rapid Rewards (to enroll, visit www.southwest.com/enroll). Rapid Rewards accounts are subject to its Rules & Regulations. Employees of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Sponsor” or “Chase”), Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”), Fleishman-Hillard, Inc., Millennium Communications, and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) (collectively “Releasees”), and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each Entrant by participating in the Sweepstakes agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

TIMING:

The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2023, at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 4, 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 4, 2023. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET except for the first day of the Sweepstakes where a day is defined as beginning at 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

HOW TO ENTER:

Go to the Sweepstakes registration page located at: https://destinationlove.chase.com/ (the "Web Site") any time during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete the required information on the entry form, which may include, among other things, full name, e-mail address, telephone number, your Southwest Airlines® Rapid Rewards® number, the destination you would like to go to (Florida/PCKL, Montana/STRM or Texas/GRLL) if selected as a winner, and related registration information as prompted. Entrant must complete the entry form with all required information and click “ENTER NOW” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Bonus Entry: All Southwest Rapid Rewards™ Credit Cards from Chase primary cardmembers (both personal and business primary cardmembers) will automatically receive one (1) bonus entry upon submitting an entry on the Web Site. The bonus entry will double the entry you have in the destination you selected. For purposes of clarity, if you select Florida on the online entry form and you are a Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmember you will have two (2) entries in the Florida drawing. Authorized users will not receive an automatic bonus entry. To receive the bonus entry, Primary Cardmembers must have an open Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card as of November 1, 2023, and the credit card account must be active through the close of the sweepstakes on December 4, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m.

To earn one (1) Bonus Entry without becoming a Southwest Rapid Rewards™ Credit Cards from Chase Cardmember: On a plain 3”x5” piece of paper hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, On a plain 3”x5” piece of paper hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, Southwest Airlines® Rapid Rewards® number (mandatory) and email address (mandatory), place in a #10 business-size stamped envelope and mail to: Destination Love Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 738, Syosset, NY 11791-0738. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including outer envelope, must be handwritten. Mail entries must be postmarked by December 4, 2023 and received by December 9, 2023. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.

Mail-in entries (follow directions for mail-in entries above) AND handwritten on the front bottom left-hand side of the outer envelope handwrite the one (1) destination you would like to travel to if selected as a winner: Florida, Texas or Montana.

ARV: $15,300 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $45,900.

All prizes will be awarded so long as enough eligible Entries are received. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

Air Travel Restrictions: Air travel is subject to Southwest Airlines® terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. Round trip travel for two (2) on Southwest Airlines will be awarded in the form of four (4) Southwest flight e-passes. Each Southwest flight e-pass is valid for one-way travel on Southwest Airlines-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Southwest flight e-pass will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and travel must be completed on or before the expiration date. The Southwest flight e-pass is not valid on interline or codeshare service. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash or credit. The Southwest flight e-pass will not be replaced for any reason, including, without limitation, if lost, stolen, or fraudulently used. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to a third party. Sale, auction, or re-tendering of the Southwest flight e-pass for money or otherwise is strictly prohibited. The Southwest flight e-pass may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Southwest Airlines. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of the Southwest flight e-pass rules and regulations may result in cancellation of the Southwest flight e-pass(es). Southwest flight e-pass holders are required to be nineteen (19) years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. However, the recipient of a Southwest flight e-pass may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering a Southwest flight e-pass. Air transportation by Southwest Airlines is subject to Southwest Airlines’ Passenger Contract of Carriage set out at www.southwest.com/contractofcarriage. If the Winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. Winner is responsible for booking all travel and paying all applicable international taxes and fees. Travel is based on seat availability. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner and guest must have valid government-issued photo identification at the time of travel. If the travel guest is a minor, Winner must be his/her parent/guardian, or be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian.

Rapid Rewards Restrictions: Conditions of Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards points apply. Potential Winners will need to provide their Rapid Rewards account number to collect their prize. If you do not have a Rapid Rewards account number, you may register for an account by going online to www.southwest.com/enroll. Rapid Rewards accounts are free. Points will be deposited into the Winner's Rapid Rewards account approximately eight (8) weeks after the Potential Winner has been verified by Sponsor and Participant has been notified that verification is complete. Rapid Rewards bonus points prizes do not count toward any increased or improved status in the Rapid Rewards Program, including any Southwest Airlines Companion Pass or Tier Status designation (e.g., A-List or A-List Preferred). Rapid Rewards bonus points awarded are subject to the Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Rules and Regulations, available at https://www.southwest.com/help/rapid-rewards/rapid-rewards-program-terms-and-conditions. Southwest Airlines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and/or program rules at any time without notice. Rapid Rewards Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points. Rapid Rewards bonus points have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. The number of bonus points needed for a particular Southwest Airlines flight is set by Southwest Airlines and will vary depending on destination, time, day of travel, demand, point redemption rate, and other factors, and is subject to change at any time until the booking is confirmed. Points bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight.

Prize Conditions: Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes on the prizes. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Except as provided herein, no cash, transfers or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right where lawful to substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of comparable or greater value. If prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prize is awarded but unclaimed or forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prize, Winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. In no event will more Sweepstakes prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules.

RANDOM DRAWING:

Three (3) random drawings to be conducted (one (1) per destination [FL, MT and TX] as selected by entrant at time of entry). Drawings will be conducted on or about December 20, 2023 from among all eligible entries received during a Sweepstakes Period under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The Administrator will contact each Potential Winner on or about January 3, 2024. An Entrant is not deemed a Winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by the Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the Entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Potential Winners will be notified via email and/or phone that were provided on the entry and will be required to respond to the notification within five (5) business days of notification. Potential Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release; [2] a Background Check Authorization Form (collectively, the “Releases”); and [3] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law for winnings of $600 or more. Completed documents must be returned within five (5) business days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential Winner. Any false statement made by a potential Winner will result in automatic disqualification.

If a Potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated timeframe, cannot be contacted, or if any notification/Document is returned as undeliverable, or if a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winning Entry will be disqualified and an alternate entry will be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks of the Potential Winners. If the prize is won by an Entrant who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on the Prize Winner set forth herein.

In addition, you acknowledge and agree that the Releasees reserve the right to disqualify any Potential Winner or alternate Potential Winner at any time, in their sole discretion, on the basis of anything contained in or learned or obtained as a result of any background check, submitted Releases, or any other forms requested by the Releasees that, in their sole opinion, would constitute a breach of these Official Rules or otherwise.

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, Prize Winners must consent to such in writing.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, each Potential Winner’s entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes the Potential Winner’s irrevocable, sub-licensable, absolute right and permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use, publish, post, or display the Potential Winner’s name, entry submission, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state address, any quotes attributable to him or her, photographs/likenesses and any other indicia of persona (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional authorization, opportunity to review, approval, notification or compensation and each Potential Winner releases Releasees from any and all liability related thereto.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules (excluding air travel and Rapid Rewards bonus points provided by Southwest Airlines) shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Delaware. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or; for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Sponsors’ policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on the Sweepstakes web site; and Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing and award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that: a.) under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, but in no event shall Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs, and in no event to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

Each Entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the prize described above for air travel and Rapid Rewards bonus points provided by Southwest Airlines or the use thereof shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY DISPUTE FOR AIR TRAVEL AND RAPID REWARDS POINTS PROVIDED BY SOUTHWEST AIRLINES OR THE USE THEREOF SHALL BE IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.

PRIVACY:

Information collected from Entrants is used only for the purpose of awarding prizes, operating the Sweepstakes consistent with the Official Rules and to notify Winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes, has ended, all information supplied by Entrants will be removed from the database.

WHO WON:

To request the list of Winners, send an e-mail with subject line “Destination: Love with Chase Southwest Winners” to winners@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received no later than December 22, 2023. The list will be sent when the drawing has been conducted and the Winners verified.
